A Snapshot of Your Day
The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards throughout the production process. This role involves developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Analyze data from quality tests and inspections to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in the design and development of new products to ensure quality standards are met from the outset.
- Train and mentor team members on quality assurance practices and methodologies.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key metrics and improvement opportunities.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality engineering.
What You Bring
- Demonstrated leadership in directing cross-functional teams within cybersecurity and TPRM domains.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity, third-party risk management, and related regulatory compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in process improvement methodologies and their application to TPRM.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a track record of implementing successful TPRM initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with diverse internal teams and external partners.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO27001, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent, which validate the expertise in the required domains.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
