A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Team Assistant within Grid Department, you will efficiently manage and prioritize outgoing and incoming team processes requests and offer support for team members when needed with administrative tasks.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Being a support person for the project and commercial stakeholders
• Participates in meetings and prepares verbal processes when necessary.
• Drafts formal letters and emails, general administrative tasks.
• Maintain electronic and paper records, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
• Supports other team members when needed.
• Align with all internal and external rules and regulations, including custom export control, RI rules, department specific work instructions, provisions of the Integrated Management System manual and system and operational procedures.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or High school diploma.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field.
• English knowledge at an advanced level.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience in the oil and gas industry can be a plus.
