A Snapshot of Your Day

As project scheduler, you would be working with a multi-cultural team of Project Managers, Engineers and other professionals to build and deliver HV Substations projects for customers in US and Canada.

On this position, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining comprehensive project schedules, tracking the progress and completion of critical milestones.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Work with different departments (sales, procurement, engineering, construction, commissioning, customers) to ensure milestones’ completion on time, within cost and scope expected.
  • Tracking milestones by using Primavera P6.
  • Document project events that impact the schedule, scope of work, and project efficiency. Participation on negotiations when change orders are received.
  • Generate monthly schedule reporting metrics as required.
  • Conduct material’s status review with purchasing/sourcing department.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 5 years’ scheduling experience in engineering and or construction project management with full project life cycle ownership within substation construction.
  • Knowledge of EPC project delivery methods including expert working knowledge and understanding of all project management control systems (scheduling, estimating, cost control, procurement and business development) with knowledge of high voltage substations and products.
  • Proficient on Primavera scheduling software.
  • Risk management (identification, negotiation and communication).
  • Fluent English Language
