PT Siemens Energy Indonesia - Gas Services is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead service projects in the power generation sector.
In this role, you will take end to end ownership of project execution, from planning through delivery. ensuring safe, high quality, and profitable outcomes for our customers. You will work leading outage execution and long term service agreements, acting as the key interface between customers, site teams, and global stakeholders.
This position reports to the Head of Project Management in Indonesia.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Project Ownership & Execution:
· Take full responsibility for delivering service projects in line with PE@SE standards, customer requirements, and contractual commitments
· Plan and execute outages and maintenance activities, ensuring schedule adherence and operational excellence
· Drive project financial performance, including cost control, forecasting, and margin improvement
Leadership & Team Management
· Lead cross functional project teams, providing clear direction and timely decision making in complex environments
· Ensure the right resources are mobilized and effectively utilized across the project lifecycle
· Foster a strong safety culture and lead by example in achieving zero harm
Customer & Stakeholder Management
· Act as the primary interface to customers, building trusted, long term relationships
· Coordinate closely with internal and global stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
· Identify and develop upselling opportunities in collaboration with the commercial team
Commercial & Risk Management
· Manage contracts, including handling of claims, variations, and negotiations
· Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies, while capturing opportunities
· Contribute to bid preparation and support contract negotiations during the sales phase
Continuous Improvement
· Ensure compliance with quality standards and documentation processes
· Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement across projects
· Minimize non conformance costs and improve execution efficiency
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years experience in project management within power generation, energy, or rotating equipment industries
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with full P&L responsibility
- Strong experience in contract and claim management
- Solid understanding of risk and opportunity management
- Strong leadership, decision making, and communication skills
- Customer focused mindset with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project (experience with other PM tools is a plus)
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Indonesian nationality

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
