The working location could be Shanghai/Nantong/Jiangsu/Guangdong, which will depend on business requirement
Project Manager is the key interface in VPM to collect all project requirement from SGRE internally and lead local VPM team to achieve goal defined in the commercial agreement. The project must be running in compliance to BTP process.
How You’ll Make an Impact
• Follow up BtP process to ensure all deliverables must be implemented according to defined gate and milestones
• CIPO, to organize CIPO sign off (delivery time, quality targets, ramp-up plan and output targets, risks, project team, budget…)
• Act as a commercial contract interpreter for the project team
• Set up project team and assign clear RR to workstream leader
• Facilitate various hierarchical meetings to ensure project moving smoothly and well communicated effectively (kickoff, health check, Status review, etc)
• Budget, review & control in the project Phase
• Consolidate workstream reports and give executive summary to Upper management and key stakeholders in regular basis
• Quality inspection support, FAI, HCA
• SOP readiness check
• CIPA and lessons leant
What You Bring
• Graduate - Master's or bachelor’s degree in mechanism engineering, Technical Studies or Manufacturing Engineering
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Quick learner, willing to work hard and be flexible to work on time differences cross continents.
• Fluent in English & Chinese
• Feasibility of relocation to work in Jiangsu province is highly preferred. Otherwise, 50% plus business travelling frequency is a must committed.
• Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are a plus
