As Project Manager you are responsible for planning, delivering, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Project management of steam turbine, auxiliaries in accordance with the terms of the contract.
- Monitor, Identify and resolve bottlenecks, issues that are hampering the project to achieve planned results: Quality, On-time delivery and within budget.
- Liase and manage internal teams (engineering, purchasing, production, logistics, , quality, finance, warranty and commissioning)
- Identification of risks, mitigation measures and evaluate opportunities for change orders during execution.
- Generate periodic reports for internal management and Customer on project progress.
What You Bring
- You have a University degree or equivalent experience in Industrial, Mechanical, Energy, Electrical engineering or similar, or equivalent technical training complemented by professional experience.
- You are Fluent in Czech/Slovak and have business level proficiency in English.
- You are adept in Multitasking, Self-motivated and able to communicate clearly to the stakeholders.
- Culturally aware with Proactive and healthy mindset and a good team player spirit.
- Certifications from PMI / IPMA is advantageous.

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to sustainable processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities. Candidates want to learn about the divisions they will be joining–the structure, how it works together, and the role it plays in driving Siemens Energy’s mission forward.
