How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, resources, and deliverables, using standard project management methodologies.
• Organize and lead project teams, assigning responsibilities and tracking progress to meet milestones.
• Sserve as the primary contact for customers, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the project.
• You lead negotiations with customers and vendors, integrating their tasks and reviewing deliverables for quality and contractual compliance.
• Establish and control project budgets, oversee procurement, manage invoicing, and present financial reports to management.

What You Bring

• 5-8+ years of experience managing large or complex projects in an industrial or B2B systems environment.
• You are recognized for your expertise in project management principles and practices, with advanced skills in scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and customer relationship management skills.
• You have advanced Italian and English proficiency and are comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
• Occasional travel may be required to customer sites and internal meetings.

We work collaboratively across departments—sales, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain—to integrate expertise and drive successful outcomes. The team consists of experienced project managers, engineers, and sales professionals who support each other and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
