Collaborate with Project Managers and sales teams to update the Event Calendar and review user documentation for gas and steam turbine outage activities. Also estimate and schedule Field Service activities, develop comprehensive outage plans, and collaborate with Sales & Marketing to prepare resource plans and maintain quality documentation.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Coordinate with Project Managers and sales teams to update the Event Calendar.
• Review technical and contractual documentation to identify vital resources for the successful implementation of gas turbine, steam turbine, and generator outage activities, while also collaborating with project and engineering teams to incorporate additional scope into resource planning.
• Estimate, quote, plan, schedule, and implement Field Service activities related to outages on rotating equipment, ensuring alignment with Supply Chain Management to qualify sub-vendor resources per Siemens Energy guidelines.
• Develop comprehensive outage plans that include critical path analysis and support onsite project teams during implementation by providing technical and logistical assistance while evaluating additional scope as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to review tenders and prepare resource plans for estimation, while also maintaining standard outage schedules and quality documents to support project management and bid preparation.

What You Bring

• Possess a graduate degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience, with 5-8 years of professional experience in large gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, and related equipment.
• Demonstrate experience in project management, commissioning, and maintenance of power plant equipment, along with proficiency in MS Project or similar project management software.
• Demonstrate proficiency in English and effective communication skills to engage with a global operations community, complemented by a global approach and strong intercultural sensitivity.
• Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment, showcasing ownership of tasks, a positive attitude, and effective prioritization of activities in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, technical support, outage coordination, and deployment during peak periods.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
