How You’ll Make an Impact

• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, set performance goals, and maintain a customer-focused approach.
• Lead projects throughout their lifecycle, including planning, execution, risk assessment, and final acceptance, while ensuring quality and safety.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders, manage expectations, and resolve issues effectively.
• Take full responsibility for project financials, optimize costs, mitigate risks, manage claims, and ensure adherence to financial controls and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements, fostering a culture of ethical behavior.
• Leverage market insights to identify business opportunities, optimize resources, and drive innovative solutions aligned with business strategies.

What You Bring

• Experience in project management for complex projects involving small-medium gas turbines and turbo compressors.
• Prior Siemens Energy project management experience is preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a dynamic and growing team supporting critical infrastructure projects in Iraq.
• Willingness to develop existing competencies and acquire new skills through various training opportunities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively execute project management tasks.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
