A Snapshot of Your Day

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for handling projects for transformers manufactured in our different factories that will be delivered for customers located in North America, including transportation & logistics, customer interface, scheduling, communication, and coordination of transformer equipment installations!

The PM will collaborate with global transformer factory project management teams, business development, marketing, logistics, installation advisors, proposal specialists, and contract administrators to ensure safe and compliant installations of transformers for our customers in USA and Canada with the goal to complete projects respecting the budget and dedication!

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, proactively identifying and addressing issues and risks.
  • Communicate project status updates to clients, management, and team members.
  • Lead project budgets and resources effectively, tracking expenses and optimizing allocation. ? Helping customers and agents as required.
  • Reports generation as required.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in a related role. BS in related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment. ? Ability to work well in teams interacting routinely with finance, marketing, and field service operations to achieve a common goal.
  • Project management certification a plus; eventual certification will be a requirement.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Has a clear understanding of the product sold (reviews, understands, and ensures compliance with required contract documents including commercial and technical specifications, scope, schedule, and performance requirements).
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
