A Snapshot of Your Day
As an integral part of Siemens Energy's, your role as a process engineer holds immense significance in driving decarbonization initiatives. Your responsibilities encompass working in a multidisciplinary team, developing process concepts, tracking industry trends, developing documents that support the conceptual, pre-feed and feed engineering phase. With your expertise in engineering, you will contribute to the advancement of decarbonization technologies within Siemens Energy, shaping a sustainable future from within the organization

How You’ll Make an Impact
-Proactively Lead, Develop, Manage, Document & Deploy Repeatable Solutions to enable growth in the Decarbonization Technologies according to CP growth targets in these markets
-Analyze customer requirements, needs and concerns to create unique value propositions
-Accountable for the management of multiple projects of the DI Strategic Decarbonization Technologies, leveraging skills, efforts and resources of the D&I team
-Coordinate supporting engineering and other resources in accordance with project specific requirements, to ensure timely and high quality inputs, cost effective solutions to proposal
-Liaise with sales, clients, suppliers, DI Team, PRM, Bid management and Management to develop relationships that are conducive to the successful completion of the projects
-Serve as the focal point for all Project (internal and external) questions and issues requiring action and coordinate project support accordingly
-Support sales team and bid management in the proposal creation, clarifications with the customer and client relationship
-Ensure team meets scope, schedule, budget, and risks to ensure a successful execution from initiation of the project, definition of the technical solution, bidding phase through handover to project execution
-Adhere to the DI Project Management Processes methodology to successfully manage the projects

What You Bring
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
-~10 years of Project Management experience in China ,PM Certifications are desirable-Good communication skills, verbal and written, in English is required
-Experience working with EPC Companies and Projects including extended Scope and BoP works preferred
-Be familiar with production (Compressors and related auxiliary system and equipment)
-International experience and collaboration in international teams
-Strong inter-personal, communication, negotiation, project management, risk management and business planning skills
-Enthusiastic, customer focused, resourceful and creative
-Team player to achieve goal
-Good ability to present and formulate clearly own ideas and proposals for improvements
-Strong personal drive to lead and accelerate the business growth together with smart perception of business needs of the company
