A Snapshot of Your Day 

As a PMO Specialist in our Strategic Program Management Organization for Nuclear New Build, you will support global initiatives focused on Conventional/Turbine Island for SMRs and LSRs in 50Hz and 60Hz environments. Working closely with cross-functional teams—Business Development, Sales, R&D, Engineering, Procurement, and Quality—you will ensure effective program governance, streamline communication, and drive successful execution of strategic objectives.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Analyze and prepare program-related content aligned with strategic goals.
  • Coordinate workstreams to achieve milestones on time.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, plans, and status reports.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify improvements, and ensure accountability.
  • Facilitate program reviews, capturing decisions and follow-up actions.
  • Identify and manage risks, creating mitigation strategies.
What You Bring
  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Strong project management experience in technical/industrial environments.
  • Knowledge of PM standards and methodologies (agile and traditional).
  • Excellent communication, analytical skills, and ability to create impactful materials.
  • Proven success in complex, multi-task project environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in international, interdisciplinary teams.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and 
decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, 
steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, 
modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
