The Product Owner of Scaled Intelligence Products owns the product portfolio that sits at the heart of that ambition: reporting automation, agent-driven intelligence, scenario planning and prediction, and process digitalization for commercial project management, sales finance, and manufacturing finance. These products are built once for Transformation of Industries, configured per business unit, and delivered through a default access layer called Finance Center.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Own the intelligence product portfolio
• Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for four product categories: Reporting Automation, Agent-Driven Intelligence, Scenario Planning & Prediction, and Process Digitalization (CPM, Sales Finance, Manufacturing Finance).
• Develop product canvases with clear user personas, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and release sequencing — treating each product as a working deliverable with a named user, a backlog, and a launch milestone.
• Drive stakeholder engagement with finance teams
• Build and maintain active relationships with business controllers, commercial project managers, sales controllers, and manufacturing finance leads across business units — proactively surfacing needs rather than waiting for intake requests.
• Produce and maintain user journey maps, cost/benefit analyses, and scope documentation that stakeholders, developers, designers, and technical dependencies can all navigate.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements — what the product must do and how it must perform — in sufficient precision for the Solution Architect, Data Architect, AI/ML Engineer, and UI/UX Designer to execute without ambiguity.
• Lead product launches and adoption
• Organize and lead user acceptance testing — working with finance stakeholders to validate that products meet requirements before release and managing the sign-off process with Solution Architect, UI/UX Designer, and technical team.
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses for product investments, building the business case that supports prioritization decisions and stakeholder alignment.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in a finance role — business controlling, FP&A, commercial project management, sales finance, or manufacturing finance — with direct exposure to reporting cycles, financial planning processes, and the data challenges that finance teams navigate daily.
• Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or requirements lead on digitalization, data, or finance transformation initiatives — owning a backlog, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving delivery to defined acceptance criteria.
• Experience with agile delivery methodologies — Scrum or Kanban — including sprint ceremonies, backlog management, and iterative stakeholder feedback.
• Working familiarity with enterprise finance and data tools — SAP, Power BI, Snowflake, or equivalent platforms — sufficient to understand data architecture implications without needing to build the architecture yourself.
• Familiarity with RICE or equivalent prioritization frameworks; comfort making and defending sequencing decisions in environments with competing stakeholder demands.
