We are looking for a self-driven Piccoline to support our Training Coordination team in Vejle, Denmark with a variety of tasks.
In this role, you will be part of an international team that coordinates safety and technical training for technicians globally, and you will cooperate with both internal as well as external stakeholders. The team is based in Poland, Denmark, the UK and the US. We are supporting all of Siemens Gamesa’s locations worldwide with qualification management and training coordination.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Your responsibilities will consist of:
- General day to day administrative support to the Global Training Coordination Team.
- Supporting the coordination of Thrive Training in the UK.
- Support upskilling and qualification management for our Offshore Technicians.
- Preparing meetings and write minutes of meetings. Replying to emails.
- Covering shared inboxes on a weekly basis.
- Preparing monthly reports and data.
- Conduct data clean ups.
- Provide general support to the Site Training Department.
What You Bring
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
We are looking for someone who has finished their secondary education (high school) and is ready to work with us for 1 year.

To be successful in this role, you:
- Need to have good IT-skills and flair for using IT systems
- Can work independently online and with our remote team members
- Have excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Are structured and pay attention to details
- Are self-driven and can work independently
- Have a positive and can-do attitude
- Have a team player attitude, as you will be working with different global teams
- Having experience from an administrative support function is an advantage
Beware, we are looking for a Piccoline who is able to come into the office in Vejle at least 3 days a week.

You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
This position is an fixed term contract for 12 months
