How You’ll Make an Impact

• Provide real-time performance visibility and analysis, ensuring accurate reporting and prompt identification of performance gaps across operations.
• Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of performance data, supporting informed decision-making.
• You will track end-to-end operational flow, managing issue logs and highlighting risks, deviations, and bottlenecks in a timely manner.
• Deliver timely insights into performance gaps and trends, translating data into clear recommendations for operational improvement.
• Support daily and weekly performance review meetings with reliable data and analysis, enabling fact-based discussions on performance status.

What You Bring

• Possess strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience in performance reporting.
• You have a background in an operational, manufacturing, or production environment.
• Proficient in dashboarding and reporting tools such as Power BI, Excel, or equivalent.
• You have a solid understanding of KPIs, operational flow, and performance management principles.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy, along with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonisation. We bring all gas turbines under one roof, alongside steam turbines and generators. We’re enabling decarbonisation through digitalisation, modernisation, and service innovations that extend asset life and improve emissions
