A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Part Operations Lead at Siemens Energy, you will target candidates with a strong background in spare parts operations and leadership experience. How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Lead and manage a team of Order Managers and Logistics specialists for spare parts service orders in Saudi.
  • Oversee order backlog management and enhance customer communication during execution.
  • Ensure compliance with regional customs and import/export regulations to maintain shipment flow.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth operations for repair and return shipments.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve revenue and on-time delivery targets.
  • Support the implementation of digitalization initiatives for improved visibility in the execution process.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field, with leadership experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in project management or order management, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM (Salesforce) and ERP software (SAP).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to develop strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of inspiring teams.
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages being an advantage, and willingness to travel (20%).
