Sobre el papel
A Snapshot of Your Day
The PMO Manager is an individual contributors formind SD PMOs, reporting directly to the Head of Sales, SD. Together the team owns portfolio governance, consolidated commercial reporting, and program governance for cross-cutting SD initiatives — giving the Head of SD a single, reliable source of truth on OE, pipeline, and program status across RS1, RS2, and Sales Operations. The roles divide the PMO workload by focus area (reporting & analytics, program and country governance, pipeline and bid governance coordination), assigned by the Head of SD according to team strengths and business priority.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Maintain the consolidated OE dashboard, subregion heatmaps, slip register, and major tickets watchlist on a defined cadence.
- Reconcile RS1 and RS2 pipeline and forecast inputs into a single, trusted portfolio view for the Head of SD.
- Run or support the reporting rhythm to regional Management and GSO management , ensuring data is timely, accurate, and consistently formatted.
- Own program governance for cross-cutting initiatives (e.g. Libya setup, Iraq country governance workstream) from a PMO — not P&L — perspective.
- Track milestones, decisions, and open actions across multi-stakeholder initiatives, escalating slippage early.
- Maintain RACI and decision-authority documentation for initiatives spanning RS1, RS2, and Sales Operations.
- Coordinate with Sales Operations (ETI, Advanced Projects and Open Market Bid Management) to ensure bid-stage data flows into portfolio reporting.
- Support must-win deal tracking and at-risk deal escalation across both regional territories.
- Contribute to ad hoc analysis and board-level material requested by the Head of SD.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in program/portfolio management, business operations, or sales operations, ideally in gas services, energy, or capital equipment.
- Strong Excel/BI fluency; demonstrated experience owning a live reporting cadence to senior leadership.
- Experience maintaining RACI, governance, or program-tracking documentation across multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor, self-managing priorities within a small, flat team <5.
- Chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering background an advantage.
