Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree as industrial engineering or related.
(3 year) of overall experience on continuous improvement area, Operational excellence or related.
Understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Kaizen, LEAN manufacturing tools (SFM, PDCA, Hoshin Kanri, balance production lines, VSM, etc..)
Intermediate level in knowledge of automation applications such as Microsoft power apps (e.g. power automate, power BI, Alteryx...)
Good English proficiency both written and spoken.
Drives and supports Operational Excellence activities to continuously improve business performance in the defined area of responsibility.
Identify improvement areas and supports coordinated target setting across departments.
Drives and supports cross-functional implementation of Operational Excellence approaches, e.g according to continuous improvements Toolbox methods and tools and provides training in their application.
Facilitates best practice sharing in his organizational unit and beyond.
Provides transparency on status and progress and contributes to reporting and communication.
Good communication.
Your Responsibilities
Support in carry out strategic cross-functional projects, delivering operational excellence across the global organization.
Lead processes for selecting, scoping, prioritizing and executing projects to deliver business objectives and improvements.
Facilitates Operational Excellence training programs, Kaizen events and other enterprise-wide OE initiatives.
Provides development and execution leadership, from start to completion, of continuous Improvement initiatives.
Actively promotes continuous improvement using Speak up and deliver.
Responsibility to comply and / or enforce the protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).

In the department Dry Type Distribution Transformers, we are responsible for following sales opportunities, developing technical-commercial offers and executing standard and customized product solutions for clients into distribution networks, industrial, renewables, building, infrastructure segments. The manufacturing manager has the main objective to produce the best Dry Type Distribution Transformers with safely, cost-effectively and delivery on time and that they meet the required high-quality standards.
