What You Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in industrial, manufacturing, electrical, or mechanical engineering, or an associate’s degree with direct experience is required; 4 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment involving DCS control panel assembly is essential. Alternatively, 10 or more years of manufacturing experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Manufacturing experience with the ability to interpret complex engineering control panel design packages and specifications.
  • Experience working closely with shop floor personnel to address issues (tooling, machines, etc.) as they arise.
  • Proven leadership skills in a multi-disciplinary team environment through assertiveness, dialogue, and coordinating timely actions within the department and with external influencers.
