A Snapshot of Your Day

As Maintenance Manager, you will lead high-quality plant maintenance services, ensuring reliable performance in line with the O&M agreement and long-term strategic objectives.
Through your leadership, you will make a direct contribution to plant availability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
• Lead and oversee maintenance activities at a combined cycle power plant in Taiwan.
• Manage O&M maintenance personnel and external contractors to ensure safe, efficient, and successful repairs, inspections, and commissioning activities.
• Develop, review, and continuously improve preventive maintenance schedules, procedures, and checklists.
• Work closely with the Operations Department to implement advanced maintenance and diagnostic solutions, supporting state-of-the-art preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Ensure plant equipment is maintained in compliance with local environmental laws, regulations, and applicable standards.
• Actively promote safe working practices and foster a strong safety- and quality-conscious work environment.
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis during unplanned events such as trips, blackouts, or failed starts, and help define effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Inspire, coach, and develop team members while building and maintaining a highly capable maintenance organization.

What You Bring 
• A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification, provides the foundation for your success in this role.
• 10 years+ of professional experience, ideally with a strong focus on power plant service and maintenance.
• You have proven leadership experience in a managerial role, supported by strong people management and communication skills.
• You identify with our values and demonstrate a caring, agile, respectful, and accountable working style.
• Very good written and spoken English and Mandarin skills are required; German language skills are an advantage.
