A Snapshot of Your Day
As Lead Resource Coordinator for Gas Turbine Field Services, you begin your day by reviewing regional resource planning across Latin America ensuring manpower, tooling, and mobilization readiness for upcoming service events. You work closely with planners in the United States, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, the Caribbean, Brazil, Bolivia, and Argentina, while also supporting global headquarters field service planning teams.
You will lead digitalization initiatives within Salesforce Lightning, driving data transparency and long‑range pipeline visibility. Throughout the day, you mentor regional planners, resolve staffing and logistical challenges, ensure tooling preparedness, and standardize processes to enhance operational excellence across Siemens Energy Field Service operations.
This position is based in Orlando, FL, or within the Latin America region, and reports directly to the Latin America Service Operations Manager.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Provide end‑to‑end project support for staffing service events across the Siemens Energy portfolio, including Large Gas Turbines (LGT), Medium Gas Turbines (MGT), and Small/Aeroderivative Gas Turbines (SGT/AGT).
- Resolve or escalate issues related to project staffing, tooling logistics, and manpower readiness, ensuring alignment with project timelines and execution requirements.
- Manage tooling orders and returns for service outages and support broader regional tooling coordination to maintain operational readiness.
- Maintain high‑quality transactional accuracy in SAP PD2 and Salesforce Lightning, including work orders, service appointments, requisitions, and vendor/customer updates.
- Own overall data accuracy and system integrity within Salesforce Lightning, ensuring full visibility across all Latin American service events.
- Lead the development of 3–5‑year project pipeline visualizations to strengthen strategic workforce and tooling planning.
- Design and implement digital tools, dashboards, and standardized internal processes to enhance operational efficiency and support informed decision‑making within Field Service Operations.
- Serve as the primary focal point for global headquarters organizations, ensuring alignment and effective communication across regions and product lines.
- Lead regional planners across Mexico, Peru, Colombia, the Caribbean, Brazil, Bolivia, and Argentina driving ownership, accountability, and the adoption of best practices within each District Service Office.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline.
- 10 + years of combined experience in Field Service, Logistics, Planning, Supply Chain, or Project Management (Central or Distributed experience strongly preferred).
- Proven experience with Salesforce Lightning, SAP PD2, and digital operational tools.
- Strong analytical capability with proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency in English + Spanish and/or Portuguese.
- Demonstrated leadership experience or readiness to lead a distributed, multicultural team.

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
