A Snapshot of Your Day

You will be representing the Instrumentation and Control Commissioning Group on worldwide project assignments. 
Actively contribute to the energy transition by commissioning the Siemens Energy scope on large scale projects i.e., world class and low emission Power Plants, Grid Stabilizing Systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems. Your contribution is of utmost importance to ensure trouble-free operation of I&C and Distributed Control System equipment supplied by Siemens Energy. 
In a multinational team on site, you will commission individual components or entire systems and ensure quality of our services. Feedback of on-site experience to the engineering teams ensures that our products are subject to continuous improvement.


How You'll Make an Impact

  • Commission I&C components like: Automation Processors, Sensors and Drives, DCS Logic-Diagrams, Logic-Symbols, DCS Tools, Handling of Programming-Languages.
  • Commission of I&C systems like: Interlock-checks and optimization of control circuits according to logic-diagrams.
  • Commissioning coordination of the I&C part of black boxes.
  • Accurately handle commissioning documentation.
  • Record entries to the punch list for the construction and commissioning management.
  • Ensure that commissioning procedures are followed, and proper documentation is maintained.
  • Maintain the daily site log.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between installed and as-designed conditions.

What You Bring

  • Master of Science/ Engineering : Electronics, Robotics, Automatic, Control Engineering or similar.
  • Declared intention to live and work abroad for a long period.
  • Valid passport and driving license.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Position is also suitable for graduates.
