Sobre el papel
- Analyze current production systems to identify robotics and automation opportunities that enhance scalability and asset utilization
- Scout and evaluate emerging technologies, including advanced robotics and AI-enabled systems, to stay ahead in a growing market
- Develop structured recommendations and roadmaps for integrating new automation technologies into existing industrial environments
- Define and assess business cases for automation investments, focusing on CAPEX/OPEX impact and feasibility
- Support the transition of recommendations into pilots and industrialization initiatives, ensuring solutions are production-ready
- Advise on target-state automation architectures tailored for low-volume, high-complexity production settings
- A PhD or Master’s degree in Production Engineering, Robotics, Automation, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in industrial robotics and automation, particularly in low-volume, high-complexity manufacturing or service environments
- A strong background in management, engineering, or industrial consulting, with experience in assessing factories and advising on automation optimization
- Proven ability to analyze production systems and identify scalable robotics and automation opportunities
- Expertise in robotic systems, modular automation concepts, tooling, vision systems, and industrial safety
