You’ll be at the forefront of developing user-specific software, capturing and analyzing process issues, and creating functional specifications. Your day will be filled with opportunities to implement operational requirements, test programs under user conditions, and ensure the seamless integration of third-party systems. As you compile and analyze key performance indicators, you’ll play a crucial role in reporting delivery metrics to higher-level bodies. Embrace the challenge of coordinating project support tasks and conducting in-depth research to drive our projects forward.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and optimize user-specific software to enhance process efficiency.
  • Capture, analyze, and create functional specifications for process issues.
  • Compile and report key performance indicators to higher-level bodies.
  • Coordinate project support tasks and conduct research for decision-making.
  • Transfer data, maintain appointments, and create statistics and lists.

What You Bring
  • A technical qualification as a Fachwirt or Technician.
  • Proficiency in SAP R3 and MS Office, including Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerApps.
  • Experience in communication and digital tools like Alteryx, Snowflake, and UiPath.
  • Strong German and English communication skills at B1/B2 level.
  • An open mentality for change and a dedicated work approach.
