The primary business driver is to enhance the Quality function's digital capabilities by creating and managing dedicated SharePoint sites and performance dashboards. To meet this objective, the role's responsibilities are structured around two core areas: SharePoint Development and Management, and Data Visualization and Dashboard Creation. This focus ensures the development of robust platforms for information sharing and data-driven decision-making within the Quality department.

How You’ll Make an Impact

·       Assist in the design, creation, and configuration of SharePoint sites and pages for the Quality department.

·       Manage user permissions, document libraries, and lists to ensure proper access control and information architecture.

·       Support the migration and organization of content, ensuring all information is current, accurate, and easily accessible.

·       Provide basic troubleshooting and support to team members on SharePoint-related queries.

• Collaborate with the Quality team to gather requirements for data reporting and visualization.
• Support the collection and preparation of quality-related data from various sources for analysis.
• Develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI to track key quality metrics.
• Perform regular updates to dashboards to ensure data accuracy and relevance for management reporting.

What You Bring

•         Undergraduate from IT-related field with foundational knowledge of SharePoint and data visualization tools

•         You are familiar with SharePoint Online, PowerBI, Data Management and Microsoft Office 365.

•         You are curious about the issue and proactively in providing solutions.

•         You are paying attention to details and ability to collaborate with different teams.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
