FIN GS EU&AF Business Area Rollout Manager
A Snapshot of Your Day
In this role, you will support the FIN GS EU&AF Management and the Cluster Rollout Manager in implementing a SAP S/4 HANA system (AGORA) related to Business Area Gas Service in the region Europe & Africa. Your day could start with a comprehensive review of ongoing developments, setting strategic priorities, and aligning with cross-functional teams across various time zones. Structuring complex topics into actionable steps will be one of your main tasks. Throughout the day, you will engage with multiple countries, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with the overarching goals of the business transformation. You will tackle complex challenges, decompose them into manageable components, and drive impactful change by removing barriers and promoting a culture of cross-country collaboration. Identifying potential risks and opportunities, developing strategies to mitigate or capitalize on them, might also be part of your day.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Work closely with different responsible parties like Product Owner Spokespersons, Product Owners and Cluster Rollout Manager to support the sign-off process, especially by providing necessary feedback from global teams and FIN GS EU&AF Management
- Responsible for the implementation of AGORA in your respective business area within region Europe & Africa
- Together with the local teams, ensure the implementation of AGORA processes, technical setup, and change management towards the business and end users
- Lead the rollout together with the Siemens Energy IT and Infosys Rollout Manager
- Act as an ambassador for and promote the project within local organizations
- Ensure that all sign-offs are managed and obtained from local management
- Plan and manage local business rollout resources
- Manage local business stakeholders and ensure local business contribution
- Drive and track progress of rollout activities with a focus on the AGORA local business team
- Drive resolutions of project business issues and mitigation of business risks
- Communicate project status and progress together with the Cluster & IT Rollout Manager to central AGORA Program Management
- Create local communication channels
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Management or equivalent degree required
- Very good program management skills in complex environments
- Experience as a SAP business consultant or analyst or similar is required
- Experience in digital transformation projects focusing on Finance
- Proficiency in business process management and optimization
- Knowledge of Siemens Energy or Siemens processes, structures and systems is an advantage
- Fluent in English
- Exceptional communication skills
- Self-driven personality with a strong motivation to drive change and enhance business processes for future success
