How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support the HRBP in the implementation of operational topic within country Indonesia align with Regional HR Strategy in Asia Pacific.
  • Handle HR communication activities in the country eg, announcement draft, communication materials and slides, letters, etc
  • Support local HR activities to enhance employee engagement and talent retention (onboarding, offboarding)
  • Support on administrative tasks related to daily, operational HR activities according to guidelines and procedures (Insurance follow up, case escalation, LSA, Probation, Invoices etc)
  • Support on the data analytic like preparing country HR dashboard for management meeting or Country HR data (demographic, talent, learning, ageing population etc)

What You Bring

  • Undergraduate (last semester of study of Bachelor or master) in HR, Communication, Business or related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong command of MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Self-motivated individual with initiative and self-directed working style
  • Passionate about working on regional HR initiatives and topics
  • Eager to learn and work in a multi-cultural environment
