A Snapshot of Your Day

The Hub Operations Strategy Manager will be responsible for advising and leading various processes and tools which support the strategy of current and future operations within Hub Americas! This person must have a strong ability to connect with internal and external partners. Working with internal and external partners, you will advise all aspects of coordinating the strategic processes and maintaining various tools for the Hub which include: Global HQ requests, strategic demands from the Hub, strategic slide prep for the Hub Head, leading on internal Hub projects and alignment with Global functions, ensuring internal RE tools have accurate inputs and are maintained on a regular basis, and overall responsibility to deliver investment applications for the Hub!

This is a full-time position that may require some travel (up to 10%).

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead the preparation and delivery of Hub AM investment applications, including transaction and construction project submissions, from inception through completion.
  • Direct, manage, coordinate, and deliver the CAPEX Tool process, ensuring alignment with strategic investment planning.
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the RE Demand Hub and OnePM tools to reflect current and future investment applications.
  • Align closely with Global functions to support and deliver on Global HQ requests and priorities.
  • Build and deliver PowerPoint slide decks for the Hub Head, supporting crucial communications.
  • Present key deliverables and strategic updates to partners and lead internal Hub AM projects, ensuring alignment with global initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Marketing, Finance or applicable field
  • Over 5 years of experience in corporate real estate, with a proven ability to direct projects, provide hands-on support, and effectively manage and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to independently manage and direct multiple sophisticated projects in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment, meeting tight deadlines and collaborating with diverse contacts and senior leadership.
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English, with the ability to present technical and financial topics to a variety of audiences, including senior executives.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a track record of innovative, forward-thinking approaches to drive continuous improvement.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Additional requirements:

  • Must be available to work extended hours and weekends when needed based on project needs; flexibility required
