- Lead the transformation of the Assurance function in terms of methodologies, tools, and capabilities together with the Head of SE Assurance, and develop and support the implementation of methodologies and tools, and provide guidance for specific topics
- Partner with the Assurance teams to perform quality assurance reviews of all phases of the internal audit execution process, provide guidance and reinforce methodology standards through timely feedback and training
- Provide subject matter expertise related to Internal Audit methodologies and drive continuous improvement of the internal audit process as well as develop and/or deliver communication and training to SE Assurance team members and partners
- Support initiatives to expand the quality assurance and improvement program scope, cycle coverage, and plan
- Prepare Audit Committee presentation decks, highlighting thematic issues and tracking and monitoring of remediation efforts
- Establish effective business relationships within the organization and maintain knowledge of the business globally to ensure the SE Assurance function is viewed as an internal consultant of the business aimed to improve business performance as well as ensuring compliance
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience, preferably in accounting, finance or business; Master degree preferred; CIA, CISA or other applicable certification is an advantage
- Long-term proven professional experience and demonstrated expertise in internal audit and internal controls
- Several years experience within a Big 4-accounting firm
- Strong project management skills coupled with the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, due dates and external consultants
- Demonstrated ability to resolve differences and influence positive change combined with outstanding written and verbal communication skills ability to communicate effectively across all levels
- Experience in GRC technology platforms, infrastructure, and/or data analytics
