How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will oversee daily service execution, project management, and engineering, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- You will monitor service delivery processes and implement enhancements to boost efficiency and effectiveness
- You will uphold a strong customer-centric approach, being responsible and accessible to our customers
- You will collaborate closely with functional team leaders to optimize resource allocation, planning, and training
- You will conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to develop your team
What You Bring
- You hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- You have proven leadership experience in the energy sector, particularly in power plant automation and controls/digitalization (DCS)
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to manage multiple projects effectively
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across departments
- You are fluent in Croatian and English, with a solid understanding of the Croatian/Serbian business environment and cultural nuances
- You are committed to continuous improvement and professional development, fostering a learning culture within your team
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
