A Snapshot of your Day

In this role, you will lead regional Market Applications and Tender Management for Digital Grid, shaping go-to-market strategy and customer solutions across energy generation, transmission, and distribution.

Working with global teams, customers, and regulators, you will identify market needs and industry trends, translate them into vendor-agnostic solutions, and position Digital Grid as the preferred partner.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Regional Digital Grid teams to shape customer offerings, services, and proposal strategies.
• Develop global governance for sales strategy, customer requirements, and market positioning to grow the Digital Grid business.
• Engage with customers, regulators, regional teams, and industry experts to understand needs and translate challenges into portfolio-based solutions.
• Provide market and customer insights to R&D while using strong analytical skills to build compelling, result-oriented solutions.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s (preferred) degree in electrical engineering, automation, or similar field
• 10 or more years of relevant professional experience in Sales, Strategy, Execution or Engineering within the Digital Grid business is desired
• Strong leader, result-oriented, having business insight with strategic mindset who has created solutions to grow the business while helping build the organization for long term success
• A global attitude with strong intercultural sensitivity and the ability to work collaboratively with customers and partners around the world
• Knowledge of digital substations and product offering landscape is considered as a plus
• An analytical and strategic mindset, always eager to explore and implement innovative solutions and applying problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders; Proficient language skill in English is required.
• Flexibility to travel as needed, up to 40%.
