- Ensure continuous, balanced factory loading by managing capacity, bottlenecks, output performance, and market‑aligned demand steering across GIS, AIS, and Component value streams.
- Drive Operational Excellence using SEPS/Lean, digitalization, and automation technologies, improving throughput, stability, and efficiency KPIs.
- Lead the PMO as the central hub for strategic programs, ensuring alignment with Hoshin Kanri, OKRs, and the factory’s Perform‑Transform roadmap.
- Oversee major transformation initiatives including automation rollouts, layout optimization, Flexline expansion, and Smart Factory 2030 projects.
- Implement data‑driven performance management with transparent dashboards, standards, and cross‑functional alignment.
- Foster a Zero Harm and continuous‑improvement culture that empowers teams through leadership, clarity, and accountability.
- Strong leadership background and extensive professional experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Lean/Operational Excellence, or Supply Chain.
- Proven record in factory transformation, automation, digitalization, and performance improvement.
- Experience in PMO leadership, Hoshin Kanri, OKRs, or large‑scale strategic program execution.
- Excellent analytical and KPI‑driven decision‑making skills, familiar with capacity planning and output steering.
- Ability to simplify complexity, standardize processes, and drive cross‑functional alignment.
- Inspiring leadership style with strong communication, change‑management capability, and a passion for continuous improvement.
