• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the plant’s operational objectives and long-term growth.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights for decision-making.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks, while ensuring compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial performance.
• Strive for standardization, harmonization, and digitalization of finance processes within your organization and Blades & Vanes
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

• University Degree or equivalent experience in Business Studies, Finance or related field as well as long-term relevant work experience in finance within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes
• Several years of leadership experience and a collaborative leadership style
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, with advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Business fluency in German and English
