A Snapshot of Your Day (position overview)

Review regional performance metrics to assess RE operations and collaborate with the team to align strategies with company goals! Analyze the asset portfolio’s performance, identify areas for improvement, and engage with partners on critical initiatives. Additionally, supervise operational efficiency, implement standard processes, and support the team to foster collaboration and innovation. Reflect on achievements and challenges to plan for efficient performance moving forward!

How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)

  • RE Strategy Development: Develop and implement asset and property management strategies that align with global real estate goals, using market insights to advise decision-making.
  • Tenant and Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with tenants and internal customers, including senior management, to ensure alignment of asset management strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Portfolio Performance Analysis: Analyze the real estate portfolio’s performance, finding opportunities for expansion, consolidation, or optimization, and implement cost-saving strategies.
  • Space Utilization Optimization: Enable efficient use of office, manufacturing, and warehouse spaces, ensuring effective allocation and management of facilities to support company activities.
  • Budget Accountability: Manage budget allocation for asset management, property operations, and maintenance, while tracking savings and ensuring financial oversight.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies, while identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.

What You Bring (requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA (or equivalent experience) in Real Estate Management or a related field; flexibility considered based on relevant experience. Certification or specialization in Project Management is a plus.
  • Experience out of 8 to 12 years in CRE Management, esp. asset management, property management, facilities management &/or project management.
  • Strong financial expertise and budget management skills, with a proven understanding of digital transformation and automation. Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
