- Shape and govern Siemens Energy’s global Account Management Framework as Core process owner ensuring excellence across all regions and Business Areas
- Drive the implementation of the Account Management framework for Europe, functionally leading the Key Account Managers in Hub Europe
- Lead the Account Management Excellence team, promoting the community, tools, data, standardization, and adoption of best practices
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics to track execution quality and customer engagement
- Develop and roll out training and capability-building programs to uplift sales and account management standards
- Act as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership, influencing strategy and driving customer-centric transformation globally
- Foster digital enablement by integrating tools, AI Agents and data-driven insights into the account planning process
- Demonstrating outstanding leadership and collaboration skills, with a versatile, creative, agile, and hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution
- More than 5 years of direct experience in Sales or Business Development within the energy, oil & gas, chemical, or other industrial sectors
- Strong understanding of the energy landscape in Europe
- Skilled in developing actionable concepts for strategic customer development
- Experience in Account Management is an advantage
- Strategic thinking with a conceptual mindset, complemented by a practical, hands-on attitude
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German or another European language is a plus
