A Snapshot of Your Day

As part of a wider HR transformation program and the spin-off of Siemens Energy from Siemens, Siemens Energy is in the process of standardizing and harmonizing its HR systems and services. We are looking for high-impact, expert and hands-on HR Project Managers to play a pivotal role in our transformation initiatives, working with colleagues and diverse internal and external partners across the globe.

How You will Make an Impact

  • Build and maintain project plans & progress tracking tools to support in planning, progress tracking, and decision making
  • Proactively handle key partners across the company ensuring timely and regular engagement
  • Monitor project activities, track achievements, and distribute information including critical metrics to partners
  • Lead project meetings, record actions & decisions, raise roadblocks, dependencies, risks, and opportunities; identify, gather, and document requirements
  • Analyse, evaluate, and handle project risks, being proactive in achieving mitigation strategies and actions; support scenario analysis and challenge solutions to validate project deliverables meet the requirements
  • Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and partner with multiple project teams to ensure project goals are reached; find opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
  • Provide coaching/guidance to team members; collaborate and connect with varying levels of partners across all functions
  • Oversee a change management plan in partnership with leadership and the project team
  • Bring a strong Project Management methodology and enforce to project compliance standards (e.g. confidentiality, privacy).

What You Bring

  • Highly experienced in Human Resources or Human Resources Projects
  • Multi-country project management
  • Proven ability to build and maintain program and project tools for analysis, tracking, reporting, and communication across project managers, business partners, and executive sponsors
  • Good understanding of HR systems and dependencies within the HR systems & processes space, including managing operations
  • Strong Leadership and solution orientation
  • Collaborative style, happy to interact with many stakeholders e.g., in HR Centres of Competence and HR in the Regions, IT department, Finance department, management, …
  • Able to build trust and empower teams to deliver optimally
  • Thrives in a global environment, working flexibly where required
  • Proficient in English required

About the Team

In this role you will be working within the Human Resources function – HR Systems and Services, a truly global and diverse team of specialists with an open mindset. Our team is responsible for guaranteeing operational performance and budget adherence of HR Systems & Services, ensuring, and maintaining fit-for-purpose HR systems and processes, safeguarding end-to-end delivery while promoting Siemens Energy digital transformation. You will receive the trust and empowerment to be successful.
