A Snapshot of Your Day

Your day starts with a meeting to address implementation issues or coordinate project priorities. You manage multiple tasks, communicate status updates to management, and prepare project reports. Responsibilities include maintaining SharePoint, posting on Viva Engage, researching logistics, and resolving technical issues. You analyze data to explain solutions to users and motivate teams for new rollouts. Throughout the day, you oversee rollout plans, ensure support measures, control budgets, and interact with various stakeholders. Whether managing all or part of these duties, you remain calm and organized, driving projects forward efficiently.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Project Management: Manage global roll-out projects for transportation management solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies. Work closely with the TM Community as the Roll-out Expert across different regions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with product managers for transportation solutions to understand product roadmaps, gather user feedback, and advocate for enhancements based on user needs.
  • Solution Mapping and Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize transportation processes and leverage technology-driven solutions. Translate business requirements into actionable plans for solution implementation.
  • Community Building: Contribute to global community of transportation solution users. Facilitate knowledge sharing, best practice dissemination, and user training programs.
  • Collaboration with External Partners: Coordinate with external roll-out partners, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
  • Communication Strategy: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and promote adoption of transportation solutions. Regularly report progress and outcomes to senior leadership.

 What You Bring

  • Advanced Education: A master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required, paired with a bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering. This combination ensures a strong technical foundation and advanced problem-solving capabilities.
  • 5 – 10 years work experience
  • Transportation Management Expertise: Extensive experience in end-to-end (E2E) transportation management solutions, including planning, execution, optimization, and performance measurement. Deep knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics is essential.
  • SAP Ariba Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, including implementation, integration, and optimization, to support procurement and supply chain digitalization. Familiarity with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP TM, SAP MM, SAP SD) is a strong plus.
  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Highly analytical and creative mindset with a proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex technical and functional issues across logistics and transportation domains.
  • Organizational Excellence: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Digital Transformation Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading digitalization initiatives in logistics and supply chain management, including deploying automation, analytics, and communication technologies to enhance efficiency and drive innovation.
  • Global Expertise: Proven ability to collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams worldwide, including product managers, developers, end users, and senior leaders, to drive successful outcomes.
  • Change Management: Expertise in leading large-scale organizational change initiatives, promoting stakeholder buy-in, and driving adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner to diverse audiences, including senior management, technical teams, and end users.
  • Multi-Lingual Capability: Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, enabling seamless collaboration and communication in international settings.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2), SAP (e.g., SAP Ariba, SAP TM), and Change Management (e.g., Prosci) are highly desirable.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Proven experience mentoring and leading teams across different regions, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance.
  • Results-Oriented Mindset: Strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes while staying within budget and meeting deadlines.
  • Resilience and Adaptability: Ability to remain calm, organized, and efficient under pressure, managing fast paced and dynamic environments with ease.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Experienced in leveraging Power BI, Tableau, and Excel automation to visualize KPIs, enhance reporting transparency, and guide strategic logistics improvements.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), Internet of Things (IoT), and blockchain as applied to logistics and transportation.
    Knowledge of sustainability practices in transportation and logistics, including green supply chain initiatives.
    Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence for project management.
