A Snapshot of the Day

Join us as a Global Account Manager, where you will take charge of developing and managing global customer accounts with complete responsibility for the entire account lifecycle. Imagine collaborating with Regional Hubs and Business Areas to drive the successful development of these accounts. You will establish and lead a virtual Account Team, focusing on strategic initiatives and opportunities outlined in the Account Development roadmap. While your primary focus will be on one customer, you will also support several accounts, making a significant impact on our global operations.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop and manage global customer accounts with end-to-end responsibility.
• Collaborate with Regional Hubs and Business Areas to ensure successful account development.
• Establish and guide a virtual Account Team based on strategic initiatives and opportunities.
• Interact with regional Sales and other Business Areas to enhance account development.
• Negotiate Terms & Conditions for Global Frame Contracts / Master Purchase Agreements, ensuring a harmonized Siemens Energy approach.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in global account management or a related field.
• Experience in the energy sector is preferred, showcasing your understanding of industry dynamics.
• Proven success in developing and managing global customer accounts.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, enabling you to lead and guide virtual teams effectively.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with a strategic mindset for problem-solving.
