Our department support for new erection and service with coverage area in Asia Pacific. With different country and character of costumer, we need a good candidate who can work in different situation and pressure. Candidates should be able to work independently and team. It good advantage if candidates has experience with Siemens product

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Implement scheduled and unscheduled Generator Maintenance activities, overhaul, repair, modification, and upgrade in a supervisory role or at the level assigned by management with the
• partial or full responsibility for all relevant KPIS’s including but not limited to duration, resource allocation, spare parts, reporting, quality and HSE.
• Review, inspect the required standard and special tooling and equipment during on site outage
• preparation phase.
• Arrange, coordinate and control material and parts handling, logistics, internal resources and
• subcontractor resource activities on site.
• Prepare daily shift activities, co-ordinate with adjacent equipment maintenance activities, ensure
• clear shift handover with peers, lead, and communicate clearly on job requirements to personnel
• and other relevant stake holders.
• Perform troubleshooting for all Generator and auxiliary system and equipment, support Generator
• maintenance activities as required.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of check sheets, test procedures, spare parts list, daily shift activities, status report, field reports to the required quality on assembly/ disassembly activities during all outages.
• Actively support with outage preparation activities with project engineers, project managers, tooling facilities engineers, outage manager and HSE professional.
• Provide guidance, training and mentoring for the development and cross-skilling of Siemens Energy Work force and sub-contractors
• Actively implement creative problem solving of technical issues within own area of responsibility,
• in alignment with Site and Project Management and applicable QHSE standards and actively
• support the continuous improvement of tools, equipment, technical processes for Siemens Energy outages execution.
• Ensure works carried out by personnel on site are in accordance with the required HSE standards
• and the safety and health of sub-contractors and peers is taken care of incl. Last Minute Risk
• Assessments, appropriate PPE and tooling being used etc.
• Receive and review required PTW, ensure all required isolations point and energy release are done before assigning tasks to assigned personnel.
• Actively support with post outage activities such as lesson learn documentation, tooling and equipment damage report, manpower survey and feedback on demand

What You Bring

• Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or a Vocationally Trained 
•  8-10  years working experience in power generation industry as a Generfator Supervisor, preferably on Siemens Energy product
• Profound skills and experience in general mechanical maintenance activities of power generation
• equipment or in the Oil & Gas industry and willingness to continuously work hands-on under time
• pressure and in difficult conditions
• Able to read, understand and independently work to drawings, specifications and unit conversions
• in accordance to international codes and standards
• Good English language skills both verbally and written is a minimum requirement, having more
• language skills is a plus
• Good level of digital literacy, confident user of relevant IT-applications (Microsoft Office).
• Pro-active, problem solving and ready to work attitude, readiness to take additional tasks to improve the statues Quo if needed,
• Creative, livelong learner thriving to generate better solutions for technical issues at all times based on profound technical competence and own ingenuity
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work either independently
• or with multinational groups of personnel, in shift rotation with flexible hours.
• Good understanding of HSE and Quality requirements and standards
