Imagine being at the heart of Transformer Service projects within our dynamic Transformers Service Austria departments, stationed in either Weiz or Linz. As a Finance Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of these projects. Your expertise will be essential in preparing and managing critical documentation for project evaluations, meetings, and audits, guaranteeing that all financial aspects are handled with precision. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Precision in Project Execution: Coordinate commercial aspects with unparalleled accuracy.
  • Innovative Efforts: Assist in establishing a brand-new service repair workshop, leading the implementation of innovative commercial processes.
  • Guideline Adherence: Ensure compliance with all commercial project execution guidelines, including financial regulations, tax, and customs considerations
  • Driving Digital Innovation: Contribute to the digitization of commercial processes, improving efficiency and supporting activities across our network.
  • Collaboration at its Best: Collaborate closely with technical project management, maintaining regular communication with end customers, service teams, and management.


What You Bring

  • A solid foundation in higher commercial education (e.g., HAK, HLW, HTL) with a strong affinity for numbers.
  • Professional experience in a finance position is advantageous, though not required.
  • Proven project management skills and knowledge are highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in both German and English, complemented by excellent communication skills.
  • Expertise in MS Office; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
  • A sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and a methodical approach to work.

At Siemens Energy we offer competitive compensation and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. Due to the Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise and skills. The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of 51.314,34 € gross/year for a full-time position (38,5 h/week).
