A snapshot of your day

The Financial Analyst is expected to be a full business partner with a deep understanding of business drivers and their financial impacts. You will work with business representatives at all levels to provide the expertise/assistance vital for the business to achieve financial success. You will assist with financial planning, managing the budget development, monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, analyze variances between actuals / forecast / plan.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 2+ years of relevant Finance/Accounting work experience with the ability to handle multiple topics and manage time appropriately to be considered for a level 8 position. Candidates with more than 5 years of experience may be considered for a level 6 or 7 position.
  • Strong skills in PC applications, primarily SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with tight deadlines to be able to successfully complete tasks as assigned in an efficient manner and within a reasonable amount of time
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy. Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals and be proactive in problem solving and work closely with various contacts within an organization
  • Applicants must have a legible visa to travel to the United States.

What You Bring

  • Responsible for the development of budgets, forecasts, monthly analysis of actual results and operational performance comparisons, including analysis of P&L and Balance Sheet
  • Perform data collection for historical and trend analysis, cost center controlling including account reconciliations and journal entry postings
  • Run labor recoveries from SAP for all cost centers and set up, reconcile, and finalize Resource Utilization Report and coordinate productivity tracking meetings with team leads
  • Coordinate, and participate in quarterly audit activities with Ernst & Young
  • Support the team on ad-hoc analyses and special requests and contribute to conceptual and project work related to business controlling
