A Snapshot of Your Day

This position will manage a team of project managers engaging internal and external stakeholders on a variety of projects on varying equipment and diverse scopes in different stages from cradle to grave of a project life cycle to ensure customer service and company goals are met making this a dynamic and rewarding position on a daily basis.

This role will report to the Houston, Texas location.

How You’ll Make an Impact


  • The position is responsible for leading CP and South field service project management team from supporting opportunity development & delivery to planning & coordinating execution resources, activities and processes associated with Time & Material and Lump Sum contracts for Siemens Energy in the US delivering premier service to its customers.
  • This position manages a project management organization who complete new equipment and revamp installation & commissioning, equipment overhauls and service contracts.
  • Ensures Project Managers are equipped with company processes and tools who are properly trained to execute field solutions efficiently while promoting a safety first, zero harm working environment.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers, including Siemens Energy entities promoting collaboration, standardization of processes, policies & procedures, efficient interfaces and growing the business.
  • Prepares regional monthly operations reports and forecasts including accomplishments, challenges & opportunities.

What You Bring


  • Engineering Degree – Mechanical, Electrical or similarly related field or qualified by experience
  • 5-10 years of experience in Oil & Gas and or Power Generation Industries. Those with more experience may be considered for a more senior level.
  • Strong industrial rotating equipment knowledge including compressors, steam and gas turbines and control systems
  • Client facing experience
  • Experience in leadership and project management positions
  • Up to 25% travel will be required.
