A Snapshot of Your Day
This role is responsible for creating structured part lists for the company’s existing compression fleet and supporting any responsibilities of the RSL team. The successful candidate will be responsible to review fleet unit records & drawings in conjunction with utilizing company systems necessary valid parts to a unit and compile the list of parts. The candidate is key to facilitate communication to resolve any disconnects in data and handoff the part list within the target timeframe.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Complete Recommended Spare Parts list comprehensively with complete and accurate information including correct parts numbers, pricing when applicable, and any other steps/data to comply with handoff of the RSL.
- Function as a key facilitator to the regional entity and as needed direct with client to support standard part sales thru various activities not limited to but including part number verification, validation, and price development.
- Interface regularly as a critical component of the sales cycle including interactions with client, SCM, manufacturing, planning, & engineering to support and advocate on behalf of our clients, supporting critical customer or challenging areas as needed.
- Responsible to function as a subject matter expert to the parts organization to support our existing fleet install base.
- Support other additional requests both timely and transparent for the growth and development of the standard parts business.
What You Bring
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical or engineering focused area. Preferred experience in compression or oil & gas industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interface with internal colleagues and clients in an open-forum.
- Proficient computer skills. Must also be proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Office, Word, Powerpoint). Preferred experience with SAP, Globus, & Salesforce.
- Excellent organization skills, detail to time management, strong work ethic with minimal oversight, & willingness to learn new tools and processes. Must be able to manage multiple moving dates & projects simultaneously.
