Join Siemens Energy as an experienced Endpoint Protection Service Manager, where you will oversee Endpoint Protection services for our global End User Services (EUS) delivery team. Imagine leading the management of critical services such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, MS Purview DLP, and LanCrypt File, ensuring they align with our digital core infrastructure. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to design and implement robust endpoint protection strategies while maintaining high service levels. Your role will empower you to drive service excellence and innovation in a dynamic environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Work with providers to design and implement Microsoft Defender and Purview DLP endpoint services.
  • Align with project and service owners to assess the impact of endpoint protection services on all IT services.
  • Manage service requests related to MS Defender, Purview DLP, and LanCrypt file encryption, ensuring proper routing to responsible parties.
  • Collaborate with Cybersecurity Officers to develop new policies and modify existing configurations based on their requests.
  • Lead service meetings with providers, monitor key statistics, SLAs, and KPIs, ensuring contract-required service levels are met.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field, with experience in service management.
  • 7-9 years of experience in global service management within a large enterprise.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and ITSM frameworks, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Purview DLP, and basic understanding of LanCrypt solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively in a global environment.
  • Sitting for extended periods of time.
  • Flexibility to collaborate across many time zones.
  • EU-centric support may require irregular hour shifts.
  • May be required to travel.
