Embark on a journey as an Electrical Installation Supervisor where each day presents the opportunity to be at the forefront of cutting-edge and efficient energy technologies. Positioned at the heart of our operations, you will report directly to the Installation Manager on Power Transmission Construction sites or at Combined Power Plants in various international locales. Your mission is to lead the installation of high-voltage equipment, a critical component in our energy infrastructure.
Your day-to-day activities will be marked by a dedication to excellence, as you ensure that every installation reflects our commitment to efficiency, safety, and adherence to the highest industry standards. In our Business Unit Transmission, we pride ourselves on providing state-of-the-art products, solutions, and services designed to facilitate the seamless transfer of energy. Your role is not just a job - it's an integral part of our collective effort to energize the world with superior technology and innovation.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Directing and overseeing the on-site erection process, coordinating with manufacturers, subcontractors, and the project team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Upholding stringent quality control measures, including the management of Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR) and the thorough documentation of all installation activities.
  • Contributing to the project's success by participating in the creation of completion reports, synthesizing lessons learned, and providing constructive feedback to enhance future projects.
  • Utilizing your specialized knowledge in high-voltage systems, such as AIS (110 kV to 800 kV), GIS (72.5 kV to 550 kV), HVDC valves, LV installations, transformers, and battery systems, to guide technical decisions and problem-solving efforts.

What You Bring

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering field.
  • A diverse and extensive background in the erection of high-voltage equipment, including transformers, switchgear, and related infrastructure.
  • At least 3 years of experience in large-scale industrial construction.
  • BIM or Lean Management practices, which will be instrumental in driving project efficiency and innovation – as an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English is required, knowledge of the German language is a plus.
  • A willingness and enthusiasm for living and working abroad, embracing the opportunity for personal and professional growth during assignments lasting from 6 months to 1.5 years.
  • Possession of a valid passport and international driving license, necessary for seamless mobility across our international project sites.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with a proven ability to guide and motivate teams to achieve project goals in a multicultural environment.

These encompass international Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects for High Voltage Alternate / Direct Current (HVAC and HVDC) projects, Gas and Steam Power Plants, Hydrogen projects (H2), and hybrid solutions.
