Coordinate with internal team and contractors for safe work system. Monitor emergencies, conduct safety checks, and attend planning meetings.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support the site management team to discharge their duties in line with company's procedures and local legal regulations.
• Supervise site emergency preparedness readiness and ensure effective pre-job planning.
• Promote the use of Enablon tool for safety observations and proactive inspections.
• Analyze safety observation reports and ensure corrective/preventative actions are implemented where applicable.
• Coordinate with action owners for timely close-out of Corrective Action Preventative Actions (CAPAs).
• Communicate HSE focus topics to all collaborators and work with technical functions and other HSE team members to develop standard methodologies.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in an HSE role in the Wind Turbine Construction/Maintenance industry.
• Recognized HSE qualification and proficiency in English.
• High motivation level; self-starter with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team.
• High capability with various office and cloud-based software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort with working at height.
• This position is field-based and will encompass rotational shifts (2 weeks on-site/2 weeks off).
