You will play a role in managing project documentation, ensuring that all files are well-organized and accessible to your colleagues. 

Imagine being the go-to person for maintaining project-specific documentation and supporting your team in navigating documentation challenges. 

You will coordinate the flow of data between Siemens Energy, clients, and vendors, all while working independently and taking the initiative to drive projects forward.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will register incoming and outgoing documents in our database, ensuring proper distribution according to the project distribution matrix.
• Organize and maintain project files, creating a filing system that is user-friendly for all team members.
• Take charge of creating and maintaining project-specific documentation, ensuring it is ready for handover and accessible through various tools like Fabasoft CDE or iTwo.
• Support the project team with documentation issues, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.
• Coordinate the flow of data and documents between Siemens Energy, clients, and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.

What You Bring

• Bachelor' degree in technical universities or similar
• More than 3 years in similar roles
• You possess strong communication and social skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• Your ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments ensures that tasks are completed efficiently.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and are a strong team player who can also work independently.
• Fluency in data management systems such as Comos Gemini or PAM is a plus.
