A Snapshot of Your Day
You start your day with a quick check-in to prioritize the current topics and news from our big programs. Then you’re off – drafting a crisp PowerPoint for a steering committee meeting, preparing a progress overview in Excel, or coordinating topics across our main digital transformation programs – PLM360 and S4E-Unify. In between, you synch with stakeholders, spot where things need clarity or structure and implement it. By the end of the day, you’ve helped turn moving parts into a clear path forward.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Produce communication for Gas Services Central regarding PLM360 and S4E-Unify business transformation programs.
- Support the execution of our main digital transformation programs across Gas Services Central by leading strategic topics
- Coordinate alignments across cross-functional teams and track key deliverables
- Set up and maintain project documentation, templates and reporting tools
- Facilitate workshops and support following up on agreed activities
- Be a thought partner and trusted right hand to the program leads – helping keep the big picture in focus and details in check.
What You Bring
- A strong background in project or program coordination, ideally in a matrix organization (large scale digital implementation experience is a plus)
- Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Project Management tools (e.g. MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet or similar)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-driven and motivated way of working in a structured manner with an eye for detail and quality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with calm and clarity
- A collaborative mindset, ownership mentality and the desire to grow into a trusted sparring partner
