We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel partner Manager to join our APAC Sales team. This position will report to Sales director of DT APAC. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in their region, focusing on developing and expanding the customer base. This role requires strategic thinking, strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a deep understanding of market trends.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Plan, schedule and conduct proposal preparation within given time frame, with technical and commercial accuracy.
- Analyze customer specification, prepare comment and product configuration, and elaborate optimized solutions in line with project specific proposal strategy.
- Manage the development of the critical proposal documents including SOS/DOR, ensure that all technical areas are in line with the scope of supply (Gas turbine, auxiliaries, control system, performance etc.)
- Coordinate supporting engineering and other departments in accordance with project specific requirements, to ensure timely and high quality inputs, cost effective solutions to proposal.
- Review technical specification and cost with supplier management team.
- Prepare required documents for internal project approval process as per company guidelines.
- Participate in technical clarification/negotiation meetings with design institutes, customers, represent and negotiate own scope.
- Hand over own scope to project execution.
- Develop and maintain historical project proposal database.
- Continuous development and improvement of opportunity of own area of responsibility to improve the winning chances.
- Support project independent market penetration activities and pre-acquisition.
What You Bring
- >5 years in related experience in the Power Industry.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience related to Sales and Tendering.
- Bachelor degree and above. Master is a plus
- Major in Engineering, Automation and etc.Good command of English speaking
- German is a plus
- EHS Knowledge
