As a Senior Customer Innovation Partnership Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of the digital power grid. You will work closely with key customers to build trusted, long-term partnerships that drive breakthrough innovation and deliver real-world impact. In this role, you will lead collaborative research and development initiatives, validate new products and solutions, oversee prototype development, and manage field trials to gather meaningful end-user feedback. This is a hands-on, high-impact position that requires a unique mix of strategic relationship building and strong project management skills to successfully navigate fast-paced, innovative environments.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Identify and connect with key customers in the Balkan digital power grid sector to form long-term innovation partnerships and build trust as a valued advisor to ensure their needs shape new product developments.
• Collaborate on solution validation by tailoring digital power grid technologies to meet specific industry requirements.
• Lead customer relationship workstreams in joint R&D initiatives, aligning internal teams with external stakeholders, and overseeing prototype development to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate field validation programs and integrate meaningful end-user feedback into continuous product refinement.
• Gather and analyze end-user insights into early product developments to drive improvements, while monitoring industry trends and emerging customers needs to identify new opportunities for innovation and collaboration.
• Prepare and deliver impactful reports and presentations to senior management and customer stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives and outcomes.

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related discipline, with a proven track record in the digital power grid industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with both customers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management expertise, with the ability to successfully lead multiple initiatives in parallel.
• Analytical problem-solving skills, with the capability to interpret complex data and guide strategic decisions.
• Creativity and innovation, combined with the agility to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent English skills for daily communication, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
